Design & Process

While designing our modular cabins the first step is to identify the purpose of the cabin and its intended use.

Is it going to be a vacation home, a guest house or a home office?

Do we want to change the structure of the house in the future to our changing needs?

These questions will help us determine the size, layout and features required.

Throughout the design process, it's important to consider factors such as sustainability, energy efficiency and accessibility, to ensure the cabin is not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible and accessible to people of all abilities.

With the necessary approvals in place, constructing the cabin involves site preparation; transportation and assembly of the modular units; installation of systems and finishes; final inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

  • 20% Payment upon Delivery & Installation: After production is completed, the cabin will be delivered and installed at the designated location. At this stage, the remaining 20% of the total order value is required to be paid;

In summary, the payment conditions entail making a 15% initial payment at the time of pre-order, followed by a 65% payment when production commences, and the final 20% payment upon delivery and installation of the cabin.

These payment conditions are established to ensure a proper financial flow during the production process and to ensure both parties fulfill their financial obligations.
